The Company will use, store, process, and manage your personal information (if you are an individual) to fulfill the terms of our Agreement, in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Protection of Natural Persons) of 2001 and its amendments, and in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. Your information (which is not publicly available or held by us without a non-disclosure obligation) will be considered confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing, administering, and improving our services, fulfilling the terms of our Agreement, creating and managing your account, analyzing your needs, improving service and product quality, providing you with relevant information, anti-money laundering checks, research and statistical purposes, as well as in accordance with section 5 of this Privacy Policy.
By entering into an agreement with us (and becoming our client), you agree to the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (Protection of Natural Persons) of 2001.
4.CONTACTING YOU
To fulfill the terms of our Agreement, we may periodically contact you by phone, email, fax, or mail.
With your consent, employees, officers, or representatives of the Company may periodically contact you to inform you about products or services that may interest you, or to conduct marketing research by phone, email, fax, or mail.

5.DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Under our Agreement, we have the right to disclose your information (including confidential data and card details) in certain circumstances. Your information may be disclosed in the following cases:
(a) if required by law or by decision of a competent court;
(b) at the request of our regulatory body (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission) or another authority with jurisdiction over us, you, or our partners, or if required by circumstances in the territory where we have clients;
(c) to the appropriate authorities for the investigation or prevention of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
(d) to a broker to execute your instructions or orders, as well as for purposes related to providing services to you as our client;
(e) to credit history and fraud prevention agencies, third-party authentication service providers, banks, and other financial institutions for creditworthiness checks, fraud prevention, identification, or due diligence checks. These organizations may cross-check your data with any database they have access to, and also use the information for future checks of other companies. Verification information will be stored by us;
(f) to our professional advisors, provided that each of them is notified of the confidentiality of the information and commits to protecting it;
(g) to service providers who help create, maintain, or process databases (electronic or otherwise), provide accounting services, email transmission, messaging, or other services to assist in the collection, storage, processing, and use of your data, as well as to contact you or improve service quality;
(h) to a trade repository or similar services;

In any case, we will retain data for the statutory limitation period.

8.MODIFICATION OF INFORMATION
